Die Galerie befindet sich auf der selben Höhe wie die Wäscherei oder der Flagstore von Timothy Oulton – auf der FE = Fußgängerebene. Diese erreicht man ebenfalls über die Rolltreppe vor dem Möbelhaus Hannelore Greve. Wenige Minuten entfernt befinden sich die Bushaltestelle Kapstadtring, der S-Bhf Rübenkamp und der U-Bhf. Sengelmannstr. Mit dem Auto ist die City Nord aus jeder Richtung schon ab der Autobahnabfahrt ausgeschildert.
