Kurz nach der Revolution im Jahr 1959 verbot die kubanische Regierung den freien Import und Handel mit Neuwagen. Ein Mekka für alle Oldtimer-Fans. Durch den Reformkurs ist es jetzt auch erlaubt neue Autos zu importieren. Damit wird sich entscheidend das Lebensgefühl sort verändern.
